Details : The caffeine is removed by the Swiss water process. This decaf coffee blend is largely sourced from Honduras, although the origin may vary depending on availability; this means that the tasting profile may also change slightly but it will always be a stunningly good cup of coffee. 

• Intensive Production Process: Unlike fast chemical solvent methods, the SWP takes 8–10 hours to complete. It requires constant monitoring and high-tech proprietary equipment to maintain 99.9% caffeine-free standards while preserving flavour.
• Logistics & "Double Shipping": Standard coffee is shipped once from its origin to the consumer. SWP coffee often undergoes a "double journey": for example, beans from Colombia are shipped to Canada for processing and then re-shipped to Europe or Switzerland for roasting.
• Premium Materials: The process relies on Green Coffee Extract (GCE) and high-quality activated carbon filters to trap caffeine molecules without removing the coffee’s natural oils and flavours.
