Lovely smooth chocolate

Like to try different coffees, this one is really nice. lovely flavour

Easy to make hot chocolate drink. Super tasting and very chocolatey. Enough chocolate powder to make more than ten cups. Fairly priced.

These biscotti are addictive and go so beautifully well with a long double espresso, (although I'm more than happy to eat the lot with no coffee involved at all)!

My partner, the tea drinker in our house, has instructed me to tell everyone that this tea is blooming delicious (I have tidied up this quote a bit!) and has become her absolutely favourite mid-morning cuppa.

After my usual store not having any Sailor of Hamburg black tea for a long time, I was running out and had to find a new supply and Tugboat were great. Nice website, good communication all the way through, plus a hand written note saying thanks for the order and a sample of delicious Darjeeling. Thank you, I’ll be back!

I’ve bought several coffee packs from Tugboat coffee and they are all superb. This bundle in particular offers three nicely differentiated flavours that make a brew that wouldn’t be out of place in an artisan coffee house.

Having found Tugboat a few years ago, I now only buy my coffee from here.
While many are very good, the best is Tugboat 23. It is the perfect balance (for me), smooth and low bitterness. It is lovely for the beginning, middle or occasionally the end of the day.
Ordered online and delivered quickly, what's not to like. Would absolutely recommend, you won't be disappointed.

A new experience and well worth the adventure. I use a cafetière and it’s a morning wake up. Dark chocolate notes smooth with a slight sweetness and clean tasting on the palate. I’ll buy more as part of a mix pack.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the Blueberry Plum tea, as I’m not a fan of sweet things, but this tea is great.
It have a very pleasant dry after taste and is as good hot as it is cold

This used to be my favourite flavoured tea, and I've had it a few times over the years. I love that it's honey flavoured without being excessively sweetened, giving everyone more control over their cuppa. We drink it with soft water and cow's milk, but it also works with soya or oat milk.

The June 2026 batch has a weaker flavour than my previous purchases, so I've had to enhance each pot with a spoonful of honey. Hopefully it's just a quirk of this batch. Even so, the honey tea is still very good and I would still recommend trying it.

Strong brew made with soft water and cow juice:
It's delicious. Malty and a little spicy. One of the, if not the, tastiest tea blends I've ever tried.

Note that Tinner's Tea is grounds rather than full leaves, so you'll need a good filter.

My husband is unable to tolerate caffeine but loves good coffee. This decaf has a lovely strong flavour which he can enjoy just as much as he did “normal” coffee previously.
In addition to this we use a machine which offers both bean to cup and facility for ground coffee but it is fickle about the coarseness of the grind.
Staff at Tugboat helped me to identify that the filter grind was what we needed and we haven’t looked back since!
