A new experience and well worth the adventure. I use a cafetière and it’s a morning wake up. Dark chocolate notes smooth with a slight sweetness and clean tasting on the palate. I’ll buy more as part of a mix pack.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the Blueberry Plum tea, as I’m not a fan of sweet things, but this tea is great.
It have a very pleasant dry after taste and is as good hot as it is cold

This used to be my favourite flavoured tea, and I've had it a few times over the years. I love that it's honey flavoured without being excessively sweetened, giving everyone more control over their cuppa. We drink it with soft water and cow's milk, but it also works with soya or oat milk.

The June 2026 batch has a weaker flavour than my previous purchases, so I've had to enhance each pot with a spoonful of honey. Hopefully it's just a quirk of this batch. Even so, the honey tea is still very good and I would still recommend trying it.

It's delicious. Malty and a little spicy. One of the, if not the, tastiest tea blends I've ever tried.

Note that Tinner's Tea is grounds rather than full leaves, so you'll need a good filter.

My husband is unable to tolerate caffeine but loves good coffee. This decaf has a lovely strong flavour which he can enjoy just as much as he did “normal” coffee previously.
In addition to this we use a machine which offers both bean to cup and facility for ground coffee but it is fickle about the coarseness of the grind.
Staff at Tugboat helped me to identify that the filter grind was what we needed and we haven’t looked back since!

Italian Roast is a dark coffee bean, dark in colour And dark to taste which I have purchased And enjoyed for several years now! Dont know what I’d do without it?

I cannot praise Tugboat enough or adequately express what a delight it is to trade with them! Their products bring much joy to my life. I bought Lapsang Souchong and it is, quite simply the best Lapsang I’ve ever tasted! Also Blue Lady tea which takes Earl Grey and Lady Grey to a whole new fragrant and refreshing level. Simply divine. And finally, I bought Tugboat 23 ground coffee - it’s finished already because I kept ‘treating’ myself to cup after cup. So, the products are just a delight quality wise. The ordering process was simple and the goods were efficiently and promptly dispatched. A short, handwritten message from Zach was the perfect finishing touch.

LOVE this coffee, really struggle to find this flavour done well outside of US/Canada and Tugboat’s version is fantastic and takes us right back to fantastic holidays! Tastes and smells incredible.

Lovely!! I bought the almond biscotti as a treat just for me...and I wasn't disappointed. Lots of almonds and lovely crunchy biscotti. The pieces are a good size for guilt free nibbling!

A great Earl Grey tea, just the right amount of Bergamot and I love the little cornflowers. Excellent!

It's been a while since I last drank Kenya Zawadi. Sprightly, lifting and soothing all at the same time. First coffee to get a unanimous wow from guests...even those who usually prefer a particular blend. Wonderful adventure from Tugboat thank you. Can I ask? Do you have any Caribbean coffees, especially Jamaican Blue Mountain?

SIMPLE AND MOUTH-WATERINGLY TASTY

It's first rate with my porridge and grapefruit. It has a very satisfying flavour and makes an excellent cuppa. It's good for any time of day and once the packet is openexd I generally use it for the remainder of the week.. .

An interesting blend but nothing greatly distinctive. It struggled to compete against my usual Tugboat JAVA!

I usually drink Columbian coffee as I prefer the smooth flavour, but having tried this, I could be converted. Very enjoyable at the start of the day. Thank you.

This is a perfect soothing blend for bedtime. I’m totally converted to this above pure camomile.

I like to try different coffees each month and this one doesn't disappoint. Full flavour and no harshness or bitter overtones. Another one for the favourite list! 🙂
